The legal benefit is provided by a nationwide discount legal referral service. Plan attorneys will either charge $125.00 per hour, or when appropriate, give members a 40% discount off their usual and customary hourly rate. Members are referred to plan attorneys based on location, language and area of law. Product is available in all 50 states. This is not an insurance program. Attorneys in the network have an average of 19.4 years of experience. Customer service is available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time. Eligibility extends to the spouse, children up to age 25 and individuals living with the member that are financially dependent upon them, such as a parent or grandparent.

askAFS’s financial counseling help line has been offering services for more than 19 years, and is a national leader in providing on demand accredited financial counseling. We offer an objective, professional, and independent approach to helping the member assess their situation, discussing options, creating an approach, finding the right resources and information, and then assisting them with follow through in helping to resolve their financial issue or question. As a member of the financial help line, members have free access to experienced, accredited financial counselors. Our counselors will objectively assist members in assessing the situation, discussing options, creating an approach, finding the right resources and information, and help members resolve financial questions.
NBRX PHARMACY BENEFITS
The neighborhood pharmacy program assures members the lowest price on prescription drugs, saving 10% to 60% on most short-term, acute care prescriptions such as antibiotics and painkillers. Long-term prescriptions may be purchased at the local pharmacy, but for maximum, guaranteed savings, the member is encouraged to use the mail order pharmacy for maintenance drugs. It's simple to use. The member simply presents the membership card to the pharmacist with the prescription. The pharmacist calculates the discount and the member pays the discounted price. No other forms required.
